These tasty fried treats - langosi - are a favorite of the Caminul Felix children.
The recipe is a mixture of flour, yeast, salt and water; kneaded and allowed to rise; then fried in hot oil by spoonfuls and flattened; topped with cheese or a mixture of sour cream, garlic and dill or stuffed with cheeses or cabbage. They are simply delicious! – HSR
